特色艺体课之





关于书法




中国的书法艺术兴始于汉字的产生阶段,“声不能传于异地,留于异时,于是乎文字生”。在五千年的历史长河中,书法艺术以汉字为载体,诉说着着一段段动人的历史,为我们再现古色古香的画卷。

The art of Chinese calligraphy, in its early stages, began with the production of Chinese characters. It uses Chinese characters as the carrier, telling a moving history.





教师简介




侯深老师,先后毕业于首都师范大学美术学院美术教育专业、北京教育学院书法专业。现为北京市特级教师、北京市美术家协会会员、顺义区美术家协会副主席。

Mr. Hou Shen first graduated from the Fine Arts College of Capital Normal University majoring in Fine Arts Education and then from the Beijing Education Institute majoring in Calligraphy. Currently, he is a special-grade teacher in Beijing, a member of the Beijing Artists Association, and vice chairman of Shunyi District Artists Association.





课程理念




01

君子慎始

“'君子慎始',做任何事情,开头就要做好。”

在侯深老师的谆谆教诲声中,3月24日,本学期双培班第一次特色艺体课在艺术楼开课了。本期课程共78人参加,其中25位同学选择书法课,体现出书法艺术的独特魅力。

“When doing anything, do it well from the beginning.”

Under the strong, calm voice of Mr. Hou Shen, on March 24th, the first special art class of this semester began in the art building. A total of 78 students participated in this program, among them 25 students chose the calligraphy class, reflecting the unique charm of calligraphy art.

书法育人

书法作为中华传统文化的重要组成部分,不仅逐渐进入到考试中来,更成为家校育人的主要途径之一。学习书法需要持之以恒的毅力和不断进取的精神,能够培养良好的学习和生活习惯。

As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, calligraphy has not only gradually entered the examination, but has also become one of the main ways of educating people at home and school. Learning calligraphy requires perseverance and a spirit of continuous improvement, and can cultivate good learning and living habits.

课堂内外

“掬来一弯流岚,借得一缕飞烟,纤手轻碾一砚墨香,为心绪铺展一纸素笺”。

上课铃声响起时,同学们早早来到教室,在侯老师的指导下,备好笔墨纸砚,端坐桌前。

课堂教学内容以介绍书法文化、执笔、及书写方式为始,在讲授过程中,侯老师请同学们按照书法常用的书写习惯,以从上到下、从右向左的形式做笔记,在学习书法技法的同时,追求古人心笔合一、书以载道的精神境界。

远离嘈杂喧嚣,在古色古香的教室中,同学们聆听笔墨与宣纸的低声细语,体悟一笔一划中蕴含的人生哲理。

不知不觉中,下课铃声已经响起,同学们整理好书桌,并将笔记作品交给侯老师,用于课后对比字迹变化。伴着阵阵墨香,同学们有序离开教室。

When the class bell rings, the students are already in the classroom. Under the direction of Mr. Hou, they gather the brush, ink, paper, and inkstone to their table.

The class begins with an introduction of calligraphy culture and proper writing methods. During the lecture, Mr. Hou asked the students to follow the common writing habits of calligraphy and take notes from top to bottom and from right to left. While learning calligraphy techniques, we want to achieve a spiritual connection between the heart and brush similar to the ancient people.

Inside the peaceful environment of the classroom, students distance themselves from the hustle and bustle of their daily routine, listen to the whispers of the brush and ink on the rice paper, and realize the philosophy of life contained in each stroke.

Unknowingly, the bell rings signaling the end of class. The students organize their desks and hand over their to Mr. Hou to compare handwriting changes after class. In the midst of the ink scent, the students leave the classroom in an orderly manner.

 Q: 作为学员,你为什么选择了书法课?

As a student, why did you choose to enroll in calligraphy class?

    陈佳禾

之前没有系统学习过书法,想要修身养性,沉淀一下自己,体会中国文化之美。I want to cultivate my character, find inner peace, and experience the beauty of Chinese culture.

我的字写的不太好看,小学时候也断断续续练过书法,但很遗憾有始无终,学校提供了一个很好的机会让我锻炼自己,学习书法的同时也可以放松身心,体会传统书法的韵味。While learning calligraphy, I can relax and experience the charm of traditional calligraphy.

    李泽君

之前有练习过一段时间,但是上高中之后就暂停了,希望可以借助特色艺体课重拾书法,也可以让自己更静心一点,更有利于学习。Through this program to regain my calligraphy skills, I can also be more calm which is beneficial for my studies.


Q: 你认为学习书法给你带来了怎样的收获?

了解了汉字的发展史和文房四宝的挑选方法,还学习了隶书的主要笔画。Learn about the history of the development of Chinese characters and the selection method of the four treasures, and also learned the main strokes of the official script

自己变得更有耐心、更专注了,还学习到了笔画的几种写法,知道了日常生活中该如何练字。Be more patient and focused. Learned how to practice handwriting in my daily life.

多了一份自信。因为可以在某个他人不熟悉的领域有所造诣,是很值得自豪的事。Gain more confidence.


Q: 作为老师,您认为学习书法对同学们有哪些帮助?同学们课堂表现如何? 

侯深老师    

中国字是中国文化传承的标志,书法课必须坚持。作为中国的国粹,里面是古代圣贤做人处事的道理,心正则笔正,孩子在写字中,可以学会做一个优秀的中国人。学习书法还有助于让孩子静下心来,学习书法的过程,也是培养孩子耐心和定力的过程。此外,学习书法需要眼到心到,需要动脑筋思考,学成一笔一划也需要孩子持之以恒的努力,以上都是未来孩子在学习中不可或缺的好习惯。我们说,优秀是一种习惯,学习书法让孩子变得更加优秀。

双培班参加书法班的同学,每次都早早地来到教室,自觉拿出笔墨纸砚,开始课前的线条练习。上课时,同学们专心听讲,认真做好笔记,积极参与课堂探究活动。从同学们书写的一笔一划中,能看出他们的坚持与自信。每次课,师生都在感受书法的魅力,共同享受书写的乐趣!

As the national quintessence of China, it contains the principles of ancient sages. Through writing, children can learn how to be an outstanding Chinese. It also cultivates children's patience, concentration, and persistence, all of which are good habits that will be indispensable for children in the future.

The students who participated in the calligraphy class came to the classroom early every time and consciously, prepared their brush, ink, paper and inkstone, and began practicing prior to class. During class, students listened attentively, took notes carefully, and actively participated in classroom inquiry activities. From the strokes written by the students, we can see their persistence and self-confidence. In every class, teachers and students feel the charm of calligraphy and enjoy the fun of writing together!


 Q: 作为助教老师,你眼中的书法课是怎样的? 

刘冉老师    

书法的一笔一划、一动一静中都蕴含着人生哲理。同样是横,不同种类、不同字体、不同字中的横都各不相同。练习过程中,侯老师教给同学们下笔前就要思考,行笔中更要控制,心要静,姿态要正。写字正如写人生。课上,侯老师一直在关注每一位同学的练习情况及进度,在学生自行练习时进行一对一点评,“择其善者而从之,其不善者而改之”。这样不仅同学们能够感受到老师的关注,还能够得到快速反馈,不断加强长处,及时避免错误。

Every stroke, every movement of calligraphy contains the philosophy of life. Writing is comparable to life. In class, Mr. Hou pays attention to the progress of each, individual student and gives constructive comments. In this way, students not only can feel the teacher’s attention but also receive quick feedback and avoid making the same mistakes.
