PART 1

为什么是艺体课?


为培养具有国际理解力、国际合作力的未来国际化人才,我校于2019年成立了“国际理解力英语实验班”,为学生设计了融合中外教育优势,有助于学生全面发展的特色化课程。“特色艺体课”是其中的重要组成部分,这些课程吸纳了中西方艺术与体育代表性项目。通过这些课程,我们希望学生能够强健身心、陶冶情操;能够劳逸结合、提高学习效率;能够学有所长、增强个人自信与优势;能够积极参与到国际交流中,吸纳国际优秀经验,传递中国优秀的传统艺术之美和体育之精神。

In order to cultivate future global talents with international understanding and cooperation ability, Beijing Niulanshan First Secondary School established the International Understanding English Experimental Class in 2019, and we designed an unique program for students to integrate the advantages of Chinese and foreign education and help them develop holistically. The “Distinctive Fine Arts and Athletics Courses” is an important part of our curriculum; it makes use of the representative projects from Chinese and Western arts and sports. Through these courses, we hope that students can strengthen both their physical and mental fitness, and cultivate their sentiment; can combine work and rest appropriately, improve their studying efficiency; can be specialized in an area, enhance their self-confidence and advantages; can actively participate in international exchanges, absorb excellent international experience, and convey the beauty of Chinese traditional arts and sports spirit globally.







PART 2

我们做了哪些工作?


前期准备 Preparation

2021-03-02/06

与班主任沟通并听取对上学期课程的反馈建议,为新一期开课作参考和准备。

Communicate with head teachers; listen to their feedback and suggestions about the course from the previous semester, so as to make the necessary adjustments and preparation for the upcoming new semester.


2021-03-01~2021-03-10

了解学生需求,对课程重新进行筛选,保留优质、有价值课程,并积极利用周边资源开发有特色的新课程。

Inquire about students’ needs, re-arrange courses, retain high-quality and valuable courses, and actively use surrounding resources to develop distinctive, new courses.


2021-03-10

召开特色选修课程第一期总结会及第二期动员会。

Hold a Distinctive Fine Arts and Athletics Courses summary meeting after the first session; also encourage students to participate in the following semester.


2021-03-12

公布预开设课程详细介绍供学生选择。

Publish the detailed introduction of pre-offered courses for students to choose.


2021-03-19

选课结束,确定课程及学生名单。提前和各科目教练老师、助教老师协调课程开设细节,严格规范选修课教学。

At the end of course selection, finalize the list of courses and students. Coordinate class details with coaches and assistant teachers in advance and strictly standardize teaching and learning rules.


2021-03-24

本学年第二期特色艺体课开课。

The second session Distinctive Fine Arts and Athletics Courses starts.

课程管理 Administration

  • 每次课程均要求教练老师提前备课,并在课后收集教案及教师课堂反思。

    Ineach course, the coaches are required to prepare lessons in advance, collect teaching plans and reflections after.


  • 每门课程均设立助教老师,主要职责为观察、记录、反馈和协助课堂管理。课后需进行反馈表汇总工作,及时发现、解决问题并联系相关老师参考课堂情况。定期召开工作会交流经验及课堂反思。

    Each course is accompanied by a teaching assistant, whose main responsibilities is to observe, record, give feedback and assist in classroom management. After class, they need to summarize the feedback form, find and solve problems in time, and contact relevant teachers to refer to the classroom situation. Hold regular work meetings to exchange experiences and classroom reflections.


  • 实行严格的学生考勤、请假制度,如上课过程中有重要问题出现,及时开组会研讨解决方案。

    Implement strict student attendance and leaving system, if there are significant problems in the process of class, hold a group meeting to discuss solutions in time.







PART 3

我们开设哪些课程?


马术在西方是第一贵族运动,青少年在与马的相处互动的过程中,能够获取智慧和勇气,学会爱与责任,学会对生活的乐观,对自然的尊重,与伙伴的协作和陪伴,更能加强对自我的认知和提升。

Equestrian is the first noble sport in the West. In the process of interaction with horses, teenagers are able to acquire wisdom and courage, learn to love and be responsible, learn to be optimistic about life, respect nature, cooperate with and support their partners, and enhance their self-awareness and improvement.



滑雪是有氧运动,提高心肺功能,舒缓压力,提升情绪指数,锻炼平衡、协调、柔韧能力。

Skiing is an aerobic exercise,which can improve heart and lung function, relieve stress, improve mood index,and exercise balance, coordination and flexibility.



国标舞能够塑造孩子的体态和线条、提升气质,培养自信和表现力。

Ballroom dancing can shape children's posture and lines, improve temperament, and cultivate self-confidence and expressiveness.



街舞文化登陆亚洲传入中国后,很快风靡了一大批青少年,中国舞蹈家协会街舞委员会专家认为,街舞文化是一种青年亚文化,迎合了中国青少年所需要的创新、创造力、挑战传统、追求自我的心态。

After the hip-hop culture landed in Asia and was introduced into China, it soon became popular among a large number of young people. Experts from the Hip-hop Committee of China Dancers Association believe that hip-hop culture is a kind of youth subculture, which caters to the mentality of innovation, creativity, challenging tradition and self-pursuing mentality by Chinese young people.



英式橄榄球起源于英国,是国际范围内开展国家与参与人数最多的橄榄球项目,橄榄球世界杯是目前仅次于夏季奥运会和足球世界杯的第三大国际赛事。在对抗和训练中可以磨练勇敢、坚强、果断的意志品质,团队协作可以培养积极健康的人格。

Rugby originated in the United Kingdom, which is the rugby event with the largest number of countries and participants in the world. Rugby World Cup is the third largest international event after the summer Olympic Games and Football World Cup. Through its rigorous training, we can temper the brave, strong and decisive will, and teamwork can cultivate a positive and healthy personality.



电影赏析有助于培养学生的观察力、想象力、感受力、思考力、理解力、写作能力。缓解压力,塑造健全人格品质。

Film appreciation helps to cultivate students' ability of observation, imagination, feeling, thinking,understanding and writing. Relieve the pressure and build a sound personality.



书法是中国传统文化,静心、修身,提升个人素养,提高审美能力和意志力。

Calligraphyis a traditional Chinese culture, meditation, self-cultivation, improve personal quality, improve aesthetic ability and willpower.


篮球能够提高力量、速度、耐力、弹跳、灵敏等运动素质。提升学生的个性、自信心、情绪控制、意志力、进取心、自我束缚等各方面能力。

Basketball can improve our strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility and other sports quality. Improve students' personality, self-confidence, emotional control, willpower, initiative, self-restraint and other abilities.



自由搏击可以强身健体,锻炼意志,缓解压力,增强自信。把变换、结合、转移、持续融为一体,促进大脑功能与智力的发展。

Kickboxing can strengthen the body, exercise the will, relieve the pressure and enhance self-confidence. The transformation, combination, transfer and continuous integration can promote the development of brain function and intelligence.
